Managing Director
With over 30 years in the travel industry, Diane’s passion for creating unforgettable journeys led her to establish Compass Travel Ltd in 2016, a travel agency specialising in long-haul travel, honeymoons, and cruises.
Diane has travelled extensively, exploring countries including China, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Caribbean, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, USA, Canada, South Africa, Mauritius, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Turkey, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and her home country, Australia. These first-hand experiences allow her to provide insider knowledge and personalised advice, ensuring every holiday is perfectly tailored.
Known for her warm approach and attention to detail, Diane has built long-lasting relationships with clients, many of whom have trusted her expertise for over 20 years. She also shares her wealth of knowledge with her team, ensuring that everyone at Compass Travel provides the same insight, care, and guidance.

Anthea Lia
Travel Executive
Anthea joined Compass Travel as a Travel Executive in October 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for curating unforgettable travel experiences. With a B.A. (Honours) Degree in Business Enterprise, she combines her academic background with a love for travel to help others plan their dream journeys.
Her extensive travels across Europe include iconic destinations such as the Dolomites in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Disneyland Paris, and the breathtaking landscapes of Greece and Poland. Anthea’s experiences also include two enriching Erasmus placements, where she spent two months in Italy and a month in the Netherlands, gaining valuable cultural insights. An enthusiast of adrenaline-filled activities, she has tried her hand at river rafting, paragliding, skiing, and exploring thrilling theme parks.
Known for sharing travel tips and stories on social media, Anthea is always eager to discover new destinations. Her goal is to inspire others and bring their travel dreams to life through expertly crafted, memorable experiences.
ERICA GAUCI
Travel Executive
Erica joined Compass Travel as a travel executive in December 2024 and her passion for travel has been the driving force behind her career move. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to explore some incredible destinations including Morocco, France, England, Portugal, Italy, Sicily, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary, Austria, Romania, Cyprus, North Macedonia, the Netherlands and has just returned back from Thailand.
With a background as a tourist information officer, she has spent years assisting travellers by offering valuable insights, helping them navigate destinations and ensuring they have unforgettable experiences.
Committed to making your travel plans as seamless and enjoyable as possible, she is always excited to help travellers discover new destinations and create memories that will last a lifetime.
BRYAN FALZON
Travel Executive
Bryan joined Compass Travel as a Travel Executive in December 2025, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong passion for helping clients turn their travel dreams into reality. After building a successful background in fitness training and coaching, he made an exciting career change into the travel industry, where his people-focused approach and attention to individual needs shine through.
He has travelled extensively throughout Europe, as well as destinations including the United States, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates, gaining valuable insight into different cultures, histories, and local experiences. These first-hand journeys allow him to create thoughtfully tailored itineraries that reflect each client’s unique interests and travel style.
Professional, warm, and enthusiastic, Bryan loves discovering new destinations and takes pride in designing personalised trips that are seamless, meaningful, and memorable.
SELENA MALLIA
Junior Travel Executive
Selena joined Compass Travel as a Junior Travel Executive in October 2025, bringing her creative spirit and curiosity about global cultures to the team. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, she focuses on clothing, textiles, and art trends across different cultures and countries, an academic background that perfectly complements her love for exploring the world.
Her travels have taken her across Europe, including Austria, Croatia, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sicily, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. During her studies, Selena spent four months living in Florence, Italy, as part of the Erasmus programme, where she immersed herself in local culture and the art of Italian craftsmanship.
Selena’s passion for travel began with a deep curiosity about how people live and express themselves around the world.
Beyond fashion, she is an avid theatre enthusiast and sports lover, particularly Formula 1 and football and has attended both a Grand Prix race and matches, building connections with fans from different areas of the world. She also loves going to concerts and experiencing live music. Adventurous at heart, Selena thrives on adrenaline-filled activities such as zip-lining, skydiving, and surfing, always seeking new challenges and unforgettable experiences.
Her dynamic energy, cultural insight, and eye for detail make her willing to help out whenever needed.
